The Pioneer Generation Package is a unique one, and I'm very surprised as it promises life-long benefits. How sure is the government that this $8 billion is sufficient? What if there is a new medical breakthrough that can prolong life of our elderly significantly in the near future? The government could also offer discounts or free entries to public pools, gyms and national attractions, while the private sector could also join the government in honouring the pioneer generation.
A statement released by the National Leading Council of the Diversity Unity Party of Indonesia on March 20 in support of the DPRK’s plan for launching a working satellite. The statement was published by a North Korean news agency.
The DPRK does not want to expand territory. It manufactured satellites on its own using its indigenous technology despite the blockade and pressure of the U.S. and the West. It succeeded in launching experimental satellites twice. Some western forces are strongly opposed to the DPRK's launch of satellite because they dislike to see DPRK emerging as a space power and it is also an extension of their hostile policy towards the DPRK. We strongly support DPRK's plan to launch satellites for peaceful purposes aimed at scientific research and economic development.
