What can I do if my screen is not showing students answers as they come in?

First, try clicking the refresh button.

If you are having to manually refresh your page every time you want to see updates, then you may wish to try another browser, for example, Chrome.

Occasionally student devices may also need a manual refresh and this is the first thing to ask students to try if they are not receiving messages and prompts from you.
