We have to thank the scientists and inventors who designed the high-tech gadgets we know and love. But who do THEY have to thank? Spiders, moths and geckos, oh my!
From solar panels to adhesives, some of our most advanced technology is dedicated to mimicking what nature already perfected. In the future it will be important that we continue to fund biological sciences -- it might just spark our next big technological innovation!
