Notability is superb for note taking where handwritten notes and diagrams are required.
The app keeps on improving and the latest update is awesome!! This review and tutorial demonstrates the features of notability and how to get the most out of the app.
I tried a lot but this came out as the best iPad note taking app iPad it continues to get better as well so I am excited about what is ahead!
Notability has so many great features allowing all sorts of content to be added into your notes including handwriting, sketches, diagrams, text, photos and webclips. Notes can be saved and shared to all sorts of services including, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box as well as webdav. Your files can also be synchronised to auto save as pdf or "notes" into these services.
Word documents, pdfs, spreadsheets, powerpoints can all be opened into notability and annotated.
If you wirelessly project your iPad then this is even more awesome for teaching as you have mobility (it really blows any board notes completely out of the water)
It is not quite onenote but it certainly gives it a nudge.
