Using a variety of online applets, I try to replicate a simulation I use i the classroom (I have about 300 dice.). I think it's more fun in the classroom, but the idea and process are as close as I could get.
Hey, I just noticed that I misspoke a little after the 5 minute mark. The average of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 is 3.5 (and I know and knew that but said 3.3 anyway.). Students in my classroom will recognize this transformation by it's formal name (There's a joke in there somewhere. And, as usual, I am the butt of that joke.).
