Gary Segura, professor of American politics at Stanford University, and Matt Barreto, professor of political science at the University of Washington, present on their new book, Latino America: How America’s Most Dynamic Population is Poised to Transform the Politics of the Nation, http://www.publicaffairsbooks.com/book/hardcover/latino-america/9781610395014. Segura and Barreto examine the specific ways in which Latinos are reshaping the electoral landscape, with attention to issues including affordable health care, the Iraq War, environmental justice, and immigration.
