About the panelists:
--Sue Gendron is President of the International Center for Leadership in Education. She is the former president of the Council of Chief State School Officers and served as commissioner of education in Maine from 2003-2010.
--Dr. Sue Szachowicz retired as Principal of Brockton High School and now is a Senior Fellow for the International Center for Leadership in Education. She chronicled the turn-around of Brockton High in her book Transforming Brockton High: High Standards, High Expectations, No Excuses.
--Sharon Wolder is the current principal of Brockton High School, the largest school in the state of Massachusetts with over 4100 students and 300 teachers, guidance counselors and administrators. She began her career in education in 1995 and has worked at Brockton High School as a teacher, department head, housemaster and associate principal before being appointed to the position of principal in 2013.
