(April 6, 2012) Teresa Amabile has conducted extensive research surrounding people's experiences in the workplace. She shares some of her research and looks at a few key questions that drove her project. Three of these questions are how does "Inner Work Life" influence performance, how do events at work influence our psychological state, and how aware are managers to these issues.
