Add shapes by pressing the shapes icon on the toolbar. This opens a small window with a few options. Press the desired shape located on the right side of this small window to add it to the board. Move the shape on the board by dragging it. While the shape is still active you can change it's color by pressing a color on the right side of the small shapes window. If you want to resize a shape? Use the small blue resize icon in the bottom right corner of the shape.
