What aspects throughout this process did you find that linked to Stem?
Here is what we discussed as a class.Students were given the opportunity to discuss the solution with their peers. We then reviewed the Math Problem Solving Model and in the make a Plan section we discussed possible Math Process such as calculations, drawing a diagram etc.. We shared our thinking and solutions. Teacher prompted the students to collect the mathematical concepts and terms used by themselves and peers.
We then linked the problem to STEM and connected our thinking to each area.
