For the bullet travel video I set the increment between shots at 50 microseconds. For the matches video I varied it based on prediction. I bracketed it with photos and defined my "boundary conditions" then did a linear interpolation to fill in the gaps.
The flash used was a Canon 580 EX II
The camera was a Canon T1i
