Many RPG systems have rules suggesting that the wearing of armour was a skill that was so difficult to learn, than most people would be better off not trying to wear armour. Here I argue that if the armour is properly made and fitted, it should do its job perfectly well. Once a small child has been dressed by his mother, his clothes seldom strangle him or fall off.
