It's an English expression used as a greeting by people who have not seen each other for a while.

BEAT AROUND THE BUSH
Deliberately not talking straight forward
Eg. someone wants to tell you something but they are not sure how you would react... or how to say it. They might say things and try to make you guess or lead you to it yourself with phrases!!! So you tell them STOP BEATING AROUND THE BUSH and just get to the point.
SICK AND TIRED
You hate it!! You are fed up angry and bored because something unpleasant has been happening for too long
e.g. I am sick and tired of trying to lose weight.

Backward and forward
e.g. Peter have been running back and forth for his college admission.
WHAT'S THE CATCH
something sounds too good to be true-it means u suspect there is a hidden problem, which might make the situation not as good as it appears.
e.g. Sam wants to sell his car for $500 only you would be thinking

e.g. You are carrying many bags you would ask your friend "can you give me a hand".

Reaction to an unexpected coincidence
e.g. You meet someone in a meeting who was also present in the seminar the previous day so you say "oh! what a small world "I met you yesterday in a seminar.
