Expedition 38/39 Soyuz Commander Mikhail Tyurin of the Russian Federal Space Agency, NASA Flight Engineer Rick Mastracchio and Flight Engineer Koichi Wakata of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency fielded questions from the news media at their training base at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, outside Moscow on Oct. 22. On Oct. 26 the trio will depart for their launch site in Kazakhstan, where they are scheduled to launch to the International Space Station on Nov. 7, Kazakh time, in their Soyuz TMA-11M spacecraft.
