Jane and Mark each build ramps to jump their remote control cars.
Both ramps are right triangles when viewed from the side.
The incline of Jane's ramp makes a thirty degree angle with the ground, and the length of the ramp is 14 inches. Mark's ramp makes a 45 degree angle with the ground and is 10 inches long.
What is the horizontal length of both ramps.
In order to solve this you can use a 45-45-90 rules, and 30-60-90 rules to solve this problem.
