I always start my Algebra 2 Math class with a few days of factoring. I do this so that all students are on the same page when it comes to factoring.
I teach the GUESS AND CHECK method when it comes to factoring because I feel that it teachers students to use patterns and their brains in order to find the correct factors.
I am confident that if you could not factor before using the methods you were taught you will be able to after watching my TWO videos.
This video covers factoring of Quadratics when the leading coefficient is 1 or it is the DIFFERENCE OF TWO SQUARES.
Factoring is really is not that difficult. You can DO IT!!!!
