Smile from within:

A smile can do wonders. It is important to smile so people start liking us. Now a days, people are too busy looking into their phones; they do not look up. Remember, great communication starts with a great smile. Smile and greet people and you will be happy to get a smile in return.

Stop being moody

Keep calm and stop being moody. One day a person is in a super fun mood, laughing and joking, and the very second day they are so grouchy. People who are moody are definitely not liked by others. So it's important for you to stop being moody. Everyone has issues and thunderstorms going on in their lives, but this should not affect your relationship with others. Always interact with people in a very nice manner. Not being moody does not mean that you have to be in a great mood every single day; but just be nice to others.

Stop Judging

If you meet people for the first time and you feel their behavior or appearance does not match your taste. What do you do? You start judging them, right? Do not judge, be open minded. In today's world people belong to different walks of life. So stop judging and commenting and making weird assumptions about others. To have good team work, it is important to come on a common ground and work together.

Avoid being an attention seeker

There are many people who are full of themselves with the 'I', 'Me' and 'Myself' attitude. Stop this as the world does not revolve around you. It's time to work with others. Change the attitude with 'we'. Remember, it is always team work. It is important to listen and understand others and appreciate others. Don't jump into each and every conversation to make a point. We love attention, but that doesn't mean we keep seeking for attention. So go ahead and make other people feel special

Be quick to apologize

At times, people are going to be super mad at you. They are going to be upset with you. You may not have an idea that they are mad at you. Don't be a person to hold a grudge against the other person. Work on the problem, solve it and you need to apologize. So be the bigger one. Go ahead and apologize. In that way people are going to appreciate and start liking you. So practice apologizing to others when needed.
