Day 0 of the Military Diet - shopping day - preparation day...say goodbye to Coca-Cola going away party - ate at my favorite Mexican restaurant - watched videos - checked out the website...going shopping for the list of ingredients! Start with me tomorrow! I need all the support I can get. Let's get healthy for our kids and if this can help us jump start our moderation and healthy lifestyle - let's try the military diet... comment below if you will start the diet with me or let me know your results! Check out all of the military diet websites online and they will give you the specific meal plans for three days - I do not own this diet or am not the creator - I am just a momma excited to try it.

My Shopping List:
Wheat bread
grapefruit
apples
bananas
Albacore and regular Tuna cans
vanilla ice cream - YUMMY
green beans
eggs
saltine crackers
cottage cheese (gross)
Nathan's hot dogs (I'm grilling these too)
