Interactive video lesson plan for: Making Comparisons Bridge Lesson

Activity overview:

Free Chinese Video Lesson from ChinesePodTV:

In this lesson, we're going to learn 4 different ways to make comparisons using the character 比 bi3. The sentence structure can be a little confusing at times, but since the adjectives don't chance so much, once you've learnt it, you can start making some really interesting and complex sentences.

In this lesson we teach different ways to make comparisons, ranging from beginner, all the way to intermediate, so take your time with it, and look out for our Qing Wen lesson all about comparisons.

Key vocab:

好 hǎo good
好看 hǎokàn good-looking
觉得 juéde to think
比较 bǐjiào relatively
漂亮 piàoliang beautiful
比起来 bǐqǐlai to compare
美 měi beautiful
料子 liàozi material (fabric)
吵 chǎo to argue
