Outdoor play is essential to the preschooler and kindergartner's overall development. It helps promote gross and fine motor skills, imagination, discovery, and nurturing the senses. In today's world, with all the technology, we still have to remember the best place for children to be is active in their bodies not passive. This helps promote healthy development.
