Chemical equation: Describing a chemical reaction using least possible words or symbols is called a chemical equation.
Reactants : The substances which undergo chemical change In the reaction are called reactants.
Products : The new substances formed in a chemical reaction are called products.
Balanced Reaction : A chemical equation in which the numbers of atoms of different elements on the reactants side are save as those on product side is called a balanced reaction.
Chemical combination : Those reactions in which two or more substances combine to form a single substances are called combination reactions.
Decomposition reaction : The reactions in which a compound splits up into two or more simpler substances are known as decomposition reactions.
Thermal decomposition : When a decomposition reaction is carried out by heating ¡t is called thermal decomposition.
