October 21, 2011 - With Congressional action over environmental protection policy stalled, California is reassuming its leadership in the battle against climate change. The hub of climate research and product experimentation taking place in the state, the future of green may come from the market-based and business friendly regulatory movement that is sweeping the state. It is a hope that California can be an example to other states in the future.
