In this video, I provide analysis on Act 3, Scenes 4-6 of Macbeth. These scenes incorporate the banquet (4), Hecate (5) and Lennox conversing with a Lord (6). There is a focus on the motif of blood, the question of individual agency over fate, and the link between a king and his country. I also provide a definition of monologue, which is a dramatic technique.
