The Magic School Bus has inspired children around the world to get excited about science with its adventurous field trips led by a zany teacher named Ms. Frizzle. First launched in 1986 with The Magic School Bus At The Waterworks, written by Joanna Cole and illustrated by Bruce Degen, the books uniquely combine factually accurate scientific lessons with humorous plot lines and beautiful illustrations. Since then, the Magic School Bus has expanded to include a wildly successful TV series, a vast array of products, including apps, video games, DVDs and science kits, a traveling live show, and more.
Now in its 25th anniversary year, Scholastic is celebrating with a bus full of activities and promotions. Learn more at http://www.scholastic.com/magicschoolbus
