Slope is the measure of the steepness of a line.
In order to find the slope of a line, you always move from left to right, and count the rise over the run.
As you move from left to right, if the line is pointing upward you have a positive slope, and if it is pointing downward it is a negative slope.
The video calculates the slope of several lines on a graph.
