National Geographic EXCLUSIVE: President Obama calls the National Parks "America's Best Idea" as he walks through Yosemite National Park with the National Geographic Channel's Explorer host Richard Bacon. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the first national park in America. This weekend Obama traveled to Carlsbad Caverns and Yosemite, where he surprised a group of 4th-grade students who were visiting Yosemite as part of a White House program that offers free access to national parks for 4th graders and their families.
